Dr Graves is 100% Correct, AIDS was "Created" by the US Government. I was privy to a Doctor who was present at Medical Conference in Los Angeles, California where it was revealed that in fact the AIDS Virus was created by the Government. It was ineffective as a Biological Agent for Warfare due to the long incubation period, but was ideal for de-populating areas. It was delivered to the impoverished Nations via "Smallpox Vaccines" and other assorted mediums. These impoverished Nations have limited natural resources and can not sustain growth, their only solution is de-populating areas, and thus, the planned spread of the Virus!
